Our "gîte" self-catering vacation home

Characteristics:

• Our large gîte is equipped for 6 persons (115m2 constructed surface, 110m2 garden)
• 3 big bedrooms with each two single beds.
• A nice separate living room with enclosed fireplace and HD 32" TV (with French channels and HMDI/USB connector)
• Nice kitchen with all mod cons (micro wave oven, oven, refrigerator with little freezer, kitchenware, coffeemachine...)
• Central heating and double glazing.
• Garden with garden furniture, parasol, stone barbecue,...
• Animals are not allowed.
• Everything is well kept and from good quality, beds are made.
• No extra charges, washing machine available for 3 €.
• Swimming pool, 7.3m by 3.7m, above ground (summer only)
• Cot (crib) and baby high chair available.

Our gîte is located in a very small and quiet hamlet "Le Mathibot", between forests and grass fields, where you van enjoy nature, next to a small camping à la ferme with six pitches. On the spot, you will be assisted by the flemish owners, who will always try to help you if there are any problems. For more information about the region or the site, go to Region.

      In winter: Cheap skiing in Les Monts d'Olmes at 30min

The Monts d'Olmes (1500-2000m), located in the north, offers you: 26 km of ski pistes, 80 snow-blowers, 13 ski lifts, a toboggan piste for the children and the possibility to go hiking in the snow with snowrackets.

Booking:

During the summer months and winter holidays, you can only rent from Saturday 15 h till next Saturday 12h. In other periods, other dates can be available (weekends, or midweek,...) When you want to book, you have to send us your details, and then we will send you a contract. You will also have to pay 25 % of the entire amount as a deposit. On arrival, a guarantee of 200 € also has to be paid.
